Appointments

Reservations are recommended to avoid disappointment for your desired treatment. To secure your appointment, we require a minimum 50% deposit to secure your booking. Full payment required when arrival.

 

Arrival

Please arrive at the spa at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow you time to complete a consultation form, and relax in the lounge to enjoy our signature tea. Your late arrival may compromise the full length of your treatment, as we endeavor to remain on schedule as a courtesy to each and every guest.

 

Cancellation & reschedule

A minimum of 48 hours notice in advance is required for cancellations or reschedule. If was group booking 3 people or greater, required a minimum 72 hours notice in advance is required for cancellations or reschedule. If treatment is cancelled within 48 hours, a 50% charge of the scheduled treatment will apply. Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled services.

 

Health & pregnancy

If you are pregnant or have any physical ailments, disabilities as some service may be contra-indicated, medical condition, including colds or flu, that may affect your treatment, please advise us at the time of the booking. This is imperative as some treatments are unsuitable during pregnancy and certain medical conditions. Pregnant women and individuals with varicose veins should not use Hydrosteam room. We recommend all spa package 2.5 hours or greater please have some meal before any treatment.  

 

Attire

V Hotel Spa ask that you arrive fresh for your appointment. Robes, slippers and disposable underwear are available. Please leave all jewellery and personal items at home or deposit them in your hotel room safe. V Hotel Spa cannot be held responsible for lost or misplaced personal items.

 

Parking

Parking is not included in the hotel facilities, we are highly recommend our customer to pre-book a parking spot before arriving.

There is a few paying parking are near our spa:

  • Wilson Parking (southern Cross Station): entry via 163-235 Spencer Street (3 min walk to Spa)
  • Victory Car Park: Entry via 530 Little Collins Street (5 min walk to spa)
  • Secure Parking: entry via 664 Collins Street (5 min walk to Spa)
  • Wilson Parking (530 Collins St Car Park): Entry via 533 Collins Street (5 min walk to spa)
  • Inter Park: Entry via 460 Little Collins Street (8 min walk to spa)
  • Nationwide Parking: 613 little Collins Street (1 min walk to Spa)

 

Payment

We accept payments or deposit in cash, EFTPOS and all major credit cards. (Expect AMEX) or payment via our website www.vhotelspa.com.au under section Payment.

 

Gift vouchers

Give the gift of sparkling health, beautiful skin and total rejuvenation with a V Hotel Spa gift certificate. Available at the spa reception or by phone purchase. Our gift vouchers can be e-gift card or actual gift card, and cannot be extended or replaced once expired.

 

Communicate

All our therapist is capable of light and strong pressure techniques, but each person has different sense of pain. In any treatment, our therapist will communicate with you for you own needs. Please do no hesitate to communicate with our therapist.
